Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the UG300 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. UG300 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.
Where duplicate accounts are detected, UG300 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, cancel all bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal of any funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. UG300 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises against accessing your account on shared or public devices.
In the event you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify UG300 support immediately at [email protected]. UG300 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. UG300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information.
UG300 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. All Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

UG300 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks account displaying your name), particularly where large withdrawal amounts are involved.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. Accounts where KYC is not completed within 30 days of registration may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalised.
UG300 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets held in your own name. Deposits originating from payment methods registered under a third party's name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for most e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow is RM30. FPX bank transfers carry a minimum of RM50. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of approximately MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation on the respective blockchain network, typically within 15 to 30 minutes. UG300 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and paid out via the payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or an alternative verified Malaysian bank account or e-wallet held in the Member's name.
UG300 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Withdrawal requests submitted after the cut-off or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the Member's receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Individual withdrawal limits apply and are stated within the Member's account dashboard. Maximum withdrawal thresholds may differ by membership tier and account standing. VIP Members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.
UG300 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 3,500 in total wagers must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).

All wagers placed on UG300 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting market, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface or market.
All wagers, once confirmed by the Platform, are final and binding. UG300 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under the applicable game or market rules (e.g., where a sporting event is abandoned or voided under standard sports betting protocols).
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, membership tier, and applicable promotional conditions.
In the event of a system error, network failure, or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager or game session, UG300 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Member's account balance. UG300 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from system errors beyond the refund of the original stake.
UG300 offers competitive odds across Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other markets. Odds are subject to change up to the point of wager confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of wager confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. UG300 reserves the right to void any wager placed on odds that were displayed in error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the UG300 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

UG300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to the Member's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the Member in good standing, any real-money balance (exclusive of pending bonus funds) will be refunded via the Member's registered withdrawal method upon completion of applicable due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UG300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
UG300's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the relevant claim.
All content on the UG300 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of UG300 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform without UG300's prior written consent.
UG300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, UG300 will endeavour to notify Members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which UG300 is licensed to operate.
