Where such indicators are detected, UG300 may reach out to you with supportive messaging or apply pre-agreed account restrictions (such as deposit limits you have set yourself). Where you have consented to receive promotional communications, UG300 may send you information about new bonuses, game releases, and platform updates via email or in-platform notification. UG300 is strictly an adult platform. Our services are available exclusively to persons aged21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of any person under the age of 21.
Should UG300 become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through fraudulent registration or any other means — we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete all personal data collected in connection with that individual, and void any wagers or transactions made during the period of suspected underage use.
